Going downhill
We usually were able to check in at 2 or 3 pm. Now is almost 4 pm and we were told that their normal check in time is 4 pm. Not a response that we expected from a Waldorf Astoria.

Incompetent
Absolutely incompetent employees.
I have been a Hilton Honors member since 1999. I have never been treated with such unprofessionalism. Nice hotel and clean. Front desk staff overhaul is a must.

Do not go if you have a nut allergy.
I have a but allergy which I alerted them to when we made the reservation. Basically they must make almost everything with nuts because instead of any variety I got 2 sandwiches with virtually nothing...
