"evth is great"
the best of the hotel is the territory - clean, cozy, green!! 2 pools with all needs - not deep one but long with some places to lay iin water, the other one fr deep diving lovers - the depth about 3 m stuff is attentive, atmosphere - relaxing location is very ok for moving any route on\in any transport brf is good for anyone, but you should know - there is not big baffet + la carte dishes, so don't forget to ask a waiter to bring the menu to order something like becon or eggs and remember - stuff at brf is not so quick (we, for eg. did orders to kitchen y ourself not to wait - the kitchen window is on the left fro salads) oh, the room... we really enjoyed a big comf bad and a window to the bathroom =)
"A nice place to be."
A very nice resort, near to the coast and in the Naklua District. The rooms are big and tidy. The service is of a high level. It has an excellent breakfast in the morning and during the day you may also go to the pastry. As it is located in Naklua Road you will have a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. It is safe and quiet.
Just recently stayed here for 2 nights on a recent trip to see friends in Pattaya we was recommended to stay here from a friend who has stayed here recently. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all the staff was friendly the location is good and near central you can get a baht bus right outside. Room was clean and tidy with a pool view and the breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from and friendly staff. Will definitely book the hotel again for next year if price is ok.
"Great service at this hotel"
I visited The Woodlands with a group of golfing friends. Great service, our clubs were stored downstairs and loaded in the cars before every golf game. The swimming pool was my best area. The breakfast could be better but the bread is fresh. The bakery next door was the best with a variety of cakes. We celebrated a friends birthday tea party there with some delicious Irish coffee and cake!!!!
"Famous Thai smile' Not here!"
It's not the first time at Woodlands but still taking aback with the lack of passion and pride when we checked in. Where is the famous wai and Thai smile' How can the management allow this' Why is there no cleaning in the morning of the walkways, on the sun chairs' Where are the warning signs to be careful of slippery paths' Leaves from the trees on a wet surface, it's an accident waiting to happen. Why do staff not say hello when you meet around the property' Don't blame the staff, it's clearly lack of management. I guess the room rates will continue to go down in order to attract guests.
