This luxury hotel has a cozy environment and very helpful and kind staff, I completely recommend to stay in.
Very poo customer service
We checked in on my birthday, and even though I messaged ahead to ask for a good room, no one said happy birthday. They also wanted $500aud deposit which I think is ridiculous. The room was not ready ...
