Great rooms, not so great service.
Hotel and rooms are lovely and clean. William greeted us on arrival and was fantastic and helpful to get us started in Hoi An and to check in. The pool area was dirty and disgusting (cigarette butts,...

My Stay at The Pavillon
I had a wonderful stay! All amenities were great! I will definitely be back when I visit Hoi An in 2027. Mr Music and Tracy at front desk team are friendly and helpful.
