NO customer service--multiple management companies running different floors.
Be careful....no customer service..they give you a NON FUNCTIONING NUMBER, JUST A CIRCLING CYCLE...and then if it does ring through they hang up every time...paid for oceanfront HIGH level apt....desk...

Not recommend
I would not recommend staying at the Monte Carlo / Miami Beach. While the rooms weren't to bad (average at best), the customer service is horrendous. The front desk isn't associated with the hotel. ...
