Incompetent Personnel
This hotel, however sparkly it seems, is run by children so if you have a problem, you will be shunted from one incompetent person to another and never get a resolution.

Santa Cruz Hotel for Families
Nice room. Pool overwhelmed. Kids everywhere. Running around, wild. Likely better for families. Not great for couple or business. Also not a great location.
