Situation
Situé à environ 20 km de l’aéroport international de Miami (MIA) et 40 km de l’aéroport Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood.
1 Hotel South Beach procède à de nouvelles améliorations. En ce moment, ces améliorations concernent uniquement la façade extérieure (et les balcons) et le parking. Aucuns travaux n’auront lieu dans les chambres occupées.
Des échafaudages sont installés autour de l’hôtel et il y aura du bruit de 8h00 à 18h00 du Lundi au Vendredi et parfois de Samedi et le Dimanche. Les balcons seront inaccessibles pendant les travaux sur la façade.
