We spent three nights at the end of our Moroccan tour, the staff was amazing, the food great and rooms very comfortable.

4 stars? - you got to be kidding..
Nice lobby gives you a misleading impression. The rooms, the shower are badly designed. Half of the electrical outlets do not work. The air conditioner is rattling.
