Fridge rarely works
Fridge not working again! We've visited three times in the past 4 months and the fridge in the room isn't working. It may seem trivial, but it isn't when you need to keep your medication cool.

Awful! Moldy, smelly, outdated hotel. Broken furniture and terrible beds, especially extra beds. The try to mask the smell of mold by using strong smelling soap. Cleaning was terrible.
