Long wait time for room
If it was not for Aida with Hgv helping me as the rooms it would have been even worse . Issue rooms were not ready waited 3 hours for the room

Aida with hgv is very nice an very informative and love the package she informed me about i would definitely come back to chicago to see her we stood another night due to yhe delays in chicago
