Staff and food is outstanding
I was very impressed with Susie Bur in the Dinner Lounge area. She was very gracious and observant to my needs. And the food is always fabulous.

Overall experience
Hotel was great from check in to check out! Onalee was such a great host at the bar/restaurant. Onalee took care of many guests at one time very efficiently with a great positive attitude .

I visited their lounge and the service was implacable. Onalee & Erica, their service was spot on. Nice atmoshere and delicious hot cookies made to order!
