An enjoyable nights
A comfortable hotel with great staff. A very nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Bedrooms are fine, but not always a view from the window. Ideal for visiting Greenwich.

Unacceptable service from so called 5 star hotel
Very poor service from the first minute of my arrival. I asked to pay extra for a upgrade on my booking and sadly I was refused to due a random sports team using the hotel.
