Theft from my room ruined my experience
I experienced theft of personal items in my room. Despite multiple calls requesting help resolve I got not so much as a courtesy call back.
Great place to stay in Midtown
The hotel has had a great renovation. The rooms and lobby were of good quality. The room was large by manhattan standards. I would stay here again the next time i am in NYC.
Good, could be great with a bit more
Good, could be great with some more upgrades. It was quiet. The rooms had been redone, but a bit cheaply. It has a lot of potential to be great.
A hidden gem in Manhattan!
Great hotel in Manhattan near Grand Central Station. Quiet, comfortable and accessible. Staff was incredibly welcoming, polite and helpful.
