It was a short but wonderful stay. Staying in the room itself was already great - clean, comfortable, complete.

The staff at EDSA Shangri-la are really nice and welcoming! Ms. Tess, who personally delivered a small appreciation gift, gave my grandmother a special treat to celebrate her birthday at the hotel.
