terrible management
Manager was clearly not happy having to work on Thanksgiving. He was surly at best. Hotel is MEDIOCRE. unfortunately I had to move there after the doubletree unexpectedly closed 4 days before arrival....

2 beds booked, 1 bed given!!!
I booked a room with 2 beds yet at arrival the room has 1 king bed. Traveling with my teenage daughter, neither of us wish to share a bed. Not pleased at all with this!!!
