Location location location
Great location. Walk almost anywhere and strategically close to subway and Amtrak stations. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. There is some construction but not causing much of an inconvenience.
4 PM check-in and zero flexibility
Check-in is 4 PM, zero flexibility, even wirh room available, they didn't allow us to access the room, our first and last time here.
