May be the best Hilton property I have stayed at. Very friendly and helpful staff. The property is beautiful and in a great location. Pools and spa are very nice. Far enough away from Palma to be quiet and romantic. Close enough to drive back into Palma for sightseeing. You do need a car to enjoy this property. We found local restaurants nearby that were excellant.
We decided to stay over the night of the wedding we were attending. First class service from the moment we arrived. We were upgraded to a garden room free of charge which was nice and the best nights sleep had in ages. The bed was not only massive but so comfortable and the garden was small with a bistro table and 2 chairs in it. A huge tree which sheltered the sun a bit. Just wished we had ordered breakfast in our room if we had thought in advance. The wedding and surroundings were all lovely and the chapel, windmill and courtyard made a lovely setting. Breakfast the next morning was nice in the courtyard although we were shown to a table literally sat on another couples lap. Not to our liking but they had nearly finished so worked out ok in the end otherwise we would have asked to move. Next day spent round the second pool enjoying the kid free zone although other pool didn't have many children in it anyway. Again lovely place to sit and relax. Service was again first class for drinks/food if needed poolside being brought to you on your sun-loungers no problem. A great overnight stop and would definitely recommend it for a place to recharge your batteries.
"Absolutely gorgeous hotel, but unfortunate food poising..."
Had an absolutely lovely stay at the Hilton. Staff where lovely and the facilities where fantastic. Unfortunately on the last night of our stay I ordered from the hotel restaurant and within a few hours of eating the chicken and Asian vegetables I was awoken with horrific food poising. This meant that the whole last day of my stay I was bed-bound and consequently had to take 3 days off work upon my return. I'm sure that I got the this from the hotel restaurant as everywhere else I had eaten food that was shared with friends and they where all fine, however after eating this dish I was violently ill. I would recommend the hotel however would potentially avoid eating there.
We spent the weekend here at the end of a 2 week holiday in Europe and it ended up being the highlight of our entire trip. The hotel is a short drive from the airport into gorgeous countryside and the property itself is remarkable. This 14th century monastery has been beautifully restored to retain it's original history and charm with modern amenities including 3 pools, spa, tennis courts, spacious rooms, and gardens filled with fruit tress, lavender, and eucalyptus. The staff was gracious and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast and cocktails in the restaurant and loved the courtyard, windmill, and chapel. There is an indoor heated full size pool equipped with Jacuzzi jets, a sauna, steam room, and ice bath. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Add this to your bucket list!
was a very short, but perfect stay. hope to able to come there again and will use the hotel for sure, though it is a little bit away from the sea, but the shuttle service is supposed to work....... especially the area was constructed quite nicely and you really can feel very comfortable there.
