Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean . Staff extremely friendly and helpful and a shout out to the lovely Padma at breakfast- attentive , chatty with the customers and a genuinely lovely way with her
Great service
Stayed for one night as visiting NEC. Exceptional service from reception through to dining and felt very welcome. Breakfast and dinner was impressive. Swimming pool was warm.
