Location great that’s about it
Front desk staff have no customer service skills. Heads up… you cannot check in till 3pm. After arriving at 9am from cruise ship we knew our room would not be ready… so went out exploring till 1.30pm....

Excellent location
The hotel's location was perfect, next to Lotte Mall and a few hundred metres from Myengdong! Rooms are spacious, clean was a fairly good 4 star hotel. Only the heating system makes the room exception...
