This hotel is a CROOK and cannot be trusted as they charge unnecessarily and refused to discuss.
Booked on Booking.com but was unable to enter Armenia due to visa issues. Contacted hotel had to cancel but they ignored and went ahead to charge my 11 days booking and refused to respond all my pleas...
