Comfortable
The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were hospitable and location is near to Hongqiao Airport via train. Overall a comfortable stay.
I paid for the room including A/C!
The A/C system was not turned on during the night hours in my suite. The engineer fixed the A/C before going to bed, but the system was turned off while I was asleep.

Very close to Shanghai main train station, excellent service from hotel staff. Really appreciate the great service hotel provided. Would go again if I have the chance.
