Great Winter Vacation
The room was fantastic and the location of the hotel is great. Had a great time here. Abdulrahman and Daniel were very helpful and gave us great recommendations :)
Perfect experince!!
I had many stays in London, one of the best experience I had. All staff was very kind and helpful. Would stay here again for sure.
Poor Check-in
Did not live up to expectations. The outside looks inviting, warm and welcoming. Whilst we didn't experience much of what the hotel had to offer due to other commitments, I would not hurry back.
