Fabulous hotel, clean comfy and immaculate with brilliant staff.
Only had 1 night in Ha Long and pleased we stayed here. We got here early and the hotel happily stored our cases and managed to get us checked in at 11am, rather than wait until their normal afternoon...

Make sure you get a massage!
We had a great stay here, there is still a lot of construction happening but the hotel team is amazing and the rooms clean. Best part was getting massages from Mai in the spa.
