Disappointed!
Already couple times I was sleeping in this wonderful hotel But this time I was really disappointed! We was waiting 2 hours for our rooms to be ready and even after this two hours room was still dirty...

Rat Problem!
For one of Londons best hotels, they have a major rat problem. Attended an event in the huge hall downstairs, after dinner once the lights were on we saw at least a dozen rats running around darting...

Perfect for events
Beautiful decor inside. Very big with plenty of space for events. Staff were very helpful. Nice location too on park lane
Excellent stay in the heart of London!
Excellent location for sight seeing and exploring the city, we walked everywhere! Very upscale, sophisticated hotel! We did a high noon experience here as well- it was excellent! Highly recommend!
