Overall, it was a nice trip
Good location. Great view. Very clean. No noise. Good breakfast. Relatively handy to the subway. Parking was an adventure.

Elevator are unacceptable
A 40 minute wait for the elevator is unexpected and unacceptable. This needs to somehow be addressed. I picked my stay at your hotel for the breakfast and missed it three times.
