Great hotel stay
Wonderful airport hotel. The perfect place to relax between long flights. Special mention to Men, the lovely pool barman, who made a great Mocktail and kept us entertained with warm Thai hospitality.

Amazing pool
It was amazing. I loved the pool and the staff was amazing. Men was very nice qnd helped us alot by the pool. The drinks were great and delicious.
Very old and worn out
Old and outdated hotel. Pool closed. I like Hyatt in asia but this hotel is definitely not in line with Hyatt overall quality. Please update !!!
