Compliant
Very poor front desk service. Arrogant and stupid. Lack of proper training. Extra and unfair after booking. The floor always wet. Small room and very expensive.
Great location and excellent service
The location is very easy to find and convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. Overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
