Good service given the huge number of guests.
Above average. Food is abundant and good. Reservation for the featured restaurants is not working, at least not while we stayed.
Honest Feedback
If you want to be a 1st Class Destination, address and fix the small details that annoy people (ie. room cleanliness, clean towels, etc.)

Enjoyed and would return
Really enjoyed this place but remember that Central America is not the Ritz of sites. Most people that worked here did not speak English.
