Il Be Tulum Hotel è situato a 145 km a sud dalla cosmopolita Cancun, che è divisa in tre diversi quartieri, l’Hotel Zone, la Ciudad e la Zona Archeologica. Nel primo quartiere ci sono alcune delle spiagge più belle della costa del Caribe, alcune delle quali sono ancora considerate inesplorate.
