Would certainly use again!
I booked a day room to use after a running event in Hyde Park! Room was clean and ideal. Excellent service!
No water for showers
Lovely staff & clean rooms. But no water for shower. They need to have the water pressure looked at. Changed rooms, but still had the same problem with low water pressure both in the shower and taps.
Very nice stay some starting problems
