Great budget option
No frills, but very clean and maintained. Friendly and helpful employees.. Location is great and walkable to springs.
Bad experience
Rooms are filthy. sheets and towels smelled bad. Everything just looks dirty and broken. You can hear everything from upstairs. There were hairs in the shower.
Good and cheap stay.
Good stay for cheap price. Breakfast was okay and rooms were clean. Good location with mountain views. If you are sensitive to smell then I wouldn’t recommend, they use really perfumed cleaners.

Every cute and historic place in Glenwood Springs is a short walk away. Breakfast was better than expected for the price point.
