Nice place for Venice
Amazing hotel in front of venice, huge seawater pool, splendid rooms, excellent restaurant.
Belmond name and a lovely hotel let down by poor service of Check in staff and guest relations manager
The service at this hotel is poor. Check in staff are miserable (especially the woman who wears her hair in a low ponytail) and rude and the guest relations manager Barbara is useless. Don’t go here ...

Amazing hotel
Amazing hotel with a friendly, professional team. Nothing was too much trouble. The shuttle boat service too and from St Mark’s Square ran all day and night. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely
