Staff in need of customer interface training, rooms in need of renovation, amenities in need of repair or better attendance

The hotel had an odd smell - like mildew or something old. We had to purchase candles for the room to help the smell. There was no hot water and no towels. We had to purchase towels from Walmart.

My room was extremely NASTY!!! It was so bad I left and got another room at a different hotel down the road. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
