Good service, especially Alan and Pietro!

Very nice hotel, with a nice and friendly staff. Especially Alan and Pietro who did the extra to give good service. The hotel is close to tram line and s-bahn, as well as some cafes and a supermarket....

Stayed for 6 nights. Room is a decent size, and generally the hotel is clean. You can get the M5 or M6 tram about a 5 minute walk away, which takes you straight to Alexanderplatz. A massive problem ...
