Excellent Stay in Florence at the American anglo hotel, room upgraded and Breakfast very nice, staff all very friendly and helpf

Attractive Hotel
Lovely hotel in a great area , not too far from the city centre. Great room , breakfast plentiful and everything went smoothly . Would return .
Terrible room location.
We got a terrible room. I was told it is because we booked through Costco. This is not near public transportation. The closest thing is about a 23 minute walk. The sites are 25-30 minute walk.
