Greet option in downtown Chicago
I was in Chicago for a conference and stayed 2 nights. The staff was exceptional. The rooms were clean and up to date. This hotel is centrally located. Definitely would recommend
Old, smelly and outdated
This JW Marriott was by far the worst JW we’ve ever stayed at. It was super dated, and needs to be completely redone. When we went to our room, it was still dirty and smelled of weed. They were nice ...

Bad
Still waiting for our room. They don’t have enough staff to run the hotel. Stay away. The front desk is totally useless. There must be better options that can actually run a hotel.
Great time at JW Marriott
We got a great and big room with a very nice and big bathroom. The breakfast at the concierge floor, was very good. The staff is great ! Very good location
