Still waiting for our room. They don’t have enough staff to run the hotel. Stay away. The front desk is totally useless. There must be better options that can actually run a hotel.

Not to j w standards…old property
Not great location. Very old property. Exec lounge is small and old- but later moved to Marriott Michigan ave. Lot newer,great location. Restaurant closed too….
