Il Khwan Beach Resort gode di una posizione veramente eccezionale. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia, ai bar e ai ristoranti che servono specialità locali. Tra le attrazioni locali ci sono il tipico mercato notturno di Maenam a soli 200 metri di distanza, il molo di Maenam e Villaggio dei pescatori, invece, distano rispettivamente 1,5 km e 4 km. L'aeroporto di Samui è raggiungibile in 25 minuti.
