Impressed by the hospitality of Ms Ritu from the F&B department. Even though not really satisfied with buffet food.

Ritu is very professional polite kind and customer oriented.i meet her during my 3days stay in the property.

Surajit from the house cleaning staff was really helpful. He was very quick with any of our request. Really happy with his service.

The staff is really helpful at the buffet...the staff names RITU is actually very soft spoken and I quickly liked her company:) ....she also works really hard:)
