Beautiful hotel opposite Te Papa. Ideal location for a weekend away in Wellington.

Poor guest provision
So disappointed with service. Arrived just after 10pm due to delayed ferry only to be told no bar, no food, no room service. But we can park your car for 50 nzd. Pathetic

Great hotel
This is a great hotel quite quirky but with amazing professional staff who go out of their way to help. The food is delicious and definitely worth it. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in
