Location, location, location
Excellent location close to public transport. friendly and srevice-minded reception staff. reception area roomy facilitating very quick check-in and no quees.
This trash falls well below a four-star standard.
Furniture and fixtures are worn, callbacks were missed, my key card was deactivated without notice, and items went stolen from my room. I lost count of how many times I had to go to reception.
