Great check-in service!
Late arrival on Sunday, received fantastic welcome from Bashar, the night receptionist. Exactly what I needed after several hours on a train. Great room!

The Edwardian hotel is a very clean professional staff breakfast was excellent rooms were to a high standard.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast, great rooms and very welcoming front of house staff - Bashar was especially friendly and met all our needs !
Blunt and surly Bar service
If you are expecting to be enjoying a night out in the city and return to your lovely hotel for a few drinks before retiring, then book elsewhere. The main bar shouldn't be closing at 1am to residents...

Very noisy hotel
Stayed here Saturday and Sunday night. Nice clean room. great location and breakfast was nice. Unfortunately the hotel had a function on both nights and the music was so loud it was thumping until 12....
