Awful experience
Most of the hotel staff are nice. There are some nasty people at the front desk. Kim is absolutely awful and needs a lesson in hospitality

Nice, on several occasions my neighbor constantly tried to open the door inside the room connecting to the other room. Always a problem with the TV other than that pretty good

Lovely stay. Impressed from the moment we checked in. Kind, courteous folks were abundant. Room was immaculate and the Harbor view was fantastic.
