Great Hotel
The hotel staff was very kind, rooms very clean and comfortable. I had a booking issue, and the hotel went out of their way to resolve it quickly and pragmatically.

We had a wonderful experience. We booked 4 rooms with access to the Executive Club over the weekend. Very good quality of service, F&B and facility. I would highly recommend Lancester Bangkok.
