Clean, friendly, and attentive
The facility was very clean, staff incredibly friendly, and I had an issue with the coffee machine at check-in and they had it replaced within 15 minutes

Dezell & Phoenix are amazing ! Had some cleanliness issues in the room, and they totally handled it. The manager reception on Wednesday night was a great surprise.
