The service was excellent. I needed to take a shuttle bus to the O’Hare airport and staff member Qasim was very helpful in guiding me where to go once I got off at the airport. I had never been to an ...

Great dinner!
Viktoria was very hospitable and friendly. She did a great job taking care of us at dinner. We enjoyed our dinner very much!
Good food, quick, convenient, nice staff
Victoriia was a great waitress and got us food quick, would eat here again. The food was great and very convenient being in the hotel

Very good food reasonable cost. Victoria did an amazing job. She even showed us a pictures of yhe specials on a phone. Very timely in making our food.
The Chicago Experience
Very good shuttle driver and very helpful with carrying items. Beds are a little too small for my size. Overall a nice hotel with lots of room just smaller beds.
