The checkin process was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Room is so so and a little dusty. We left a "please make up room" sign on the door, only to find when we get back that two bags of new towels...

Well worn room but nice stay
We were going back and forth between a 4 or 5 star. We had a tatami room which was clean and spacious but was quite dated and well worn (scuffs on the walls, 90s decor etc). The breakfast was amazing ...
