fantastic hotel, extremely warm service
all staff members are great and helpful, the service is warm and excellent. it is better than other french hotels for sure

Paris stay
The room was small and we had to store our bags under the bed. The pillows were poor. But the staff there made up for the bad things. They are extremely helpful.
