Worst ever staff behavior
It was my worst ever experience in any 5 star hotel especially Hyatt. The front staff was very rude and also downgraded benefits. There was a good hint of racism as well.

Great staff and amenities
Hotel is quite well maintained and Club room was quite spacious with Regency club in front of the lifts. Staff is very friendly and they gave us complimentary upgrade and early check-in.
