Best service & hospitality with Guilherme
Guilherme is amazing - he received me so well and so kind this hotel is incredible and so is the service! Guilherme speaks so many languages and made me feel so at home!
Don't bother
We got to the hotel just after 8am after a 20 hour+ flight only to be told that our room was ready but we could not check-in until after 3pm unless we paid about a 50% early check-in fee - a tasteless...

Very amazing beautiful country!
