Not impressed
Blood on spare duvet, side tables dirty and dirty spoons left in dishwasher. We were told on the phone we could get a city view. Photos make hotel nicer than it was.

lovely hotel and gr at staff but a trek to a tube station.

Warm welcome
Very warm welcome from Wail on the front desk. Beautiful reception. Great location. Amazing view of Big Ben. Only 30 minutes walk from Waterloo.
